Our Retainer Packages are designed as a pre-purchase, easy and affordable solution to your virtual and social media assistance needs.

Pre-purchasing a package allows you to utilise the number of hours each month for your personalised business needs. Whether it is for social media assistance, blog & website updates, research or general administrative needs these packages are ideally suited to those with ongoing requirements for varied needs.

Bronze: 5 hours per month $180.00

Silver: 8 hours per month $280.00

Gold: 10 hours per month $340.00

Platinum 15 hours per month $510.00

Retainer packages are paid upfront for the month in advance. Invoice payable upon receipt. Maximum of one hour carried over. Additional hours for the month are charged at the hourly rate of $38.00.

Proof reading and editing

 Audio Transcription* - $2.00 per audio minute.

*Additional charges may apply to low quality audio and multiple speakers please inquire for a detailed quote.

Please note: Ace Virtual Assistance prides ourselves in offering a boutique and personalised solution tailored to your business needs, therefore should you require a combination of any of our services we would be happy to provide you with a quote for your specific needs. All rates are in Australian Dollars, minimum charge one hour and then billed in 1/4 hour increments.

Rates are not subject to GST.

Additional charges will be invoiced for phone calls, faxes, postage, courier and additional stationery items if required.

Payment is due upon completion and client will be issued with a valid Tax Invoice.

Payment can be made via direct deposit (preferred method), cheque, money order or paypal.
