Ace Virtual Assistance was founded in December 2007 by Jodi Gibson after realising a need for personal assistance for soloists and micro business owners. Often unable to afford or accommodate a personal assistant, they are often left working long hours to keep on top of paperwork and administrative tasks.

Our aim at Ace Virtual Assistance is to partner with our clients and work with them to reduce stress and achieve a balance in their work while on the road to success.

Jodi, draws on her background of over 15 years experience in office administration, customer service, reception, secretarial and personal assistance, to provide the highest level of personalised service to her clients.

Melinda Dunlop has been running her own small business as a copywriter and virtual assistant for the last three years. She specialises in online content management, social media and article writing. Her focus is getting her clients noticed online!  Before starting her own business, she spent 15 years in the finance sector as a HR & Recruitment professional. Operating as a virtual office professional, Melinda offers the following services:
